Qualifications

• CNC mill programming experience from print to part.
• Basic CNC setup with tool changes and offsets.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Hands-on programming and machining, troubleshoot problems.
• Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills from engineering prints through finished parts.
• Set up machines, load stock and tooling, change tools, set offsets, and make minor adjustments to feeds and speeds.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve part quality and production efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and support daily machining operations.
• Produce precision components while meeting print specifications.
• Work with the team to improve machining processes and keep production running efficiently.
