Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Farley, MO. The role involves operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality per ISO 9001.

This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers a pay range of $30 to $40 per hour, comprehensive benefits, ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and an employee-owned culture. Training provided; OT opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and tolerances.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Inspect parts and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain and clean machines; follow ISO 9001 guidelines.
