Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Belton, MO is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team on a Monday–Friday schedule, 7am–3:30pm. You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure parts meet quality specifications with ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience in machining.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math skills and blueprint reading.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerances accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Analytical mindset for quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Machining parts from raw or welded materials.
• Regularly maintain and clean equipment.
