Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with a pay range of $30.00–$40.00 per hour. The candidate will operate CNC mills, lathes, and other precision equipment to meet customer specifications with high quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm Monday–Friday.
• Must be able to perform basic math and read blueprints.
• Ability to interpret Geometric Tolerancing.
• Attention to detail and precision are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other precision equipment.
• Follow blueprints and specs to machine parts per requirements.
• Measure and inspect with gauges to ensure quality.
• Maintain tooling and machine condition; clean and safe work area.
• Follow ISO 9001 requirements and internal procedures.
