Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications. The workweek is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay range of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.

We are a growing local, employee-owned company offering an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. Overtime opportunities are available for motivated craftsmen.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Able to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to perform basic math and read instructions.
• Ability to interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure quality.
• Use a variety of precision tools and equipment (drill press, etc.) and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 regulations and quality standards.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and tooling.
