Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Farley, MO, is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate mills and lathes, reading blueprints and meeting exacting tolerances. This role focuses on precision, efficiency, and quality in a fully air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Shift: 7am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret geometric tolerances.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, measure parts, and inspect for quality.
• Set up machines and perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
