Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our precision machining team in Farley, MO. The role operates CNC mills and lathes, reads blueprints, and ensures parts meet exact tolerances.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm with competitive pay and an ESOP-driven ownership culture. We offer an extensive benefits package and opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
