Job summary

Aerotek is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for permanent, on-site roles in Du Bois, PA. The positions involve operating horizontal CNC mills, setting up fixtures, and editing CNC programs to produce precision parts. Strong attention to detail and independent work habits are required.

Pay ranges from $18 to $30 per hour based on experience. Benefits include full medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and retirement plan options, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years CNC milling or machine setup experience.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate horizontal CNC milling machines.
• Prove out and edit CNC programs as needed.
• Perform part setup and fixture alignment.
• Load, calibrate, and maintain cutting tools.
• Set and adjust tooling offsets as required.
• Produce parts to precise blueprint tolerances and specifications.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Deburr and clean finished parts.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
