Aerotek is hiring a 1st Shift CNC Mill Machinist in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves programming, setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts per engineering specs and quality standards.

You will perform routine maintenance, inspect parts with precision instruments, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety protocols to ensure efficient production and compliance. This is a permanent, fully onsite position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines, including tool changes, lubrication, and cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, precision, and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, making adjustments as necessary to maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols, SOPs, and best practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
