Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Bore Mill / Vertical Mill to produce parts.
• Review blueprints and specifications for a job.
• Shape steel, aluminum, plastic, and other materials.
• Determine speeds and feeds of materials being cut.
• Determine material removal amount and proper workpiece setup.
• Select and replace dull cutting tools; ensure accuracy vs. blueprints.
• Modify programs to meet tolerances; monitor cutting paths.
