Qualifications

• 4+ years operating CNC machines in heavy manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T with precision.
• Proficient in setting up mills and lathes and tooling.
• Strong math skills for material fabrication and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Plan machining by reading orders, specs, and GD&T.
• Program mills and lathes with offsets and tool data and prove part programs.
• Set up mills and lathes with chucks, tools, fixtures and stock pushers.
• Inspect parts and verify dimensions against blueprints.
• Maintain equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
