Job summary

Pacific Staffing, LLC is seeking a Back CNC Mill Operator in McMinnville, Oregon for a temp-to-hire role. You will operate a Haas VF-5 CNC milling machine to produce precision parts in a clean, team-oriented shop. Experience with G-code is a plus but not required; training is available.

Qualified candidates have prior CNC mill operation experience and are comfortable reading blueprints and work orders. Haas controls experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC mill operation experience preferred.
• G-code knowledge or CNC programming experience is a plus.
• Experience reading blueprints and work orders is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and be trained is valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Haas VF-5 CNC milling machine.
• Load and unload materials and monitor machine operation.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and part specifications.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make tool offsets and minor machine adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with programming or setup when experience allows.

A client of ours in McMinnville is looking to add a CNC Mill Operator to their growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC milling experience or a strong machine operation background who is looking to grow into a CNC career. You\'ll be operating a Haas VF-5 CNC Mill to produce high-quality precision parts in a clean and team-oriented shop. If you have experience with CNC programming or G-code, that\'s a huge plus—but it\'s not required. Our client is willing to train the right candidate who has solid manufacturing experience and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Haas VF-5 CNC milling machine
