Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC vertical mills or horizontal cells for 6 months to 1 year.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic knowledge of machining and use of precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Load raw material and run CNC mills per setup sheets and instructions.
• Inspect first-article parts using measurement tools and report to QC.
• Machine parts to blueprint specifications, verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, cleaning, finishing.
• Support workflow by taking on additional machining tasks.
