Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our on-site machining team in Missouri. The role emphasizes efficiency, precision, and meeting customer specifications while delivering high-quality parts.

Typical shifts are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with OT opportunities. We offer ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
