Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate mills and lathes, read blueprints, and maintain high-quality parts from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

The role focuses on efficiency and precision, meeting customer specifications while delivering quality machining in a fully air-conditioned shop. The company highlights an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, competitive benefits, and OT opportunities.

Formación

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Read blueprints and perform measurements.
• Follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Use precision tools and equipment such as drill presses, lathes, and CNC mills.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce required parts.
• Read blueprints, perform gauging, and inspections to meet specs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and quality instructions.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials; maintain equipment.
