Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Belton, MO is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, focusing on producing high-quality parts using CNC mills and lathes to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to read and interpret geometric tolerances.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce components.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Follow ISO 9001 regulations and company procedures.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery.
