WEBCO MFG in Missouri is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our machining team. You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet strict specifications with accuracy and efficiency.

We offer an air-conditioned shop, ESOP — Employee Stock Ownership Plan, quarterly bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for OT. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with competitive pay and room to grow.

Formación

• 2 years of related experience is required.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Must be able to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Must read and interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Use precision and cutting tools/equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and related machinery to produce items.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
