Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Kansas seeks a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The role requires operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality per ISO 9001 standards. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with OT opportunities and a supportive, air-conditioned shop floor designed for precision craftsmen.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Ability to accurately interpret geometric tolerances.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate precision tools such as drill presses, mills and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, measure, gauge and inspect to specs.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Clean and maintain machinery regularly.
