Xylem is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist – CNC Machining to support the Morton Grove site. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering training, developing materials, and maintaining training records to ensure employees perform safely and efficiently.

The position emphasizes collaboration with site leadership, SMEs, and multiple departments, with a 2nd shift schedule and potential overlap with 1st shift for onboarding and meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, educational technology, or adult education.
• Experience in manufacturing training development and delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver training for manufacturing employees.
• Develop, revise, and maintain training modules and materials.
• Track and document training participation and completion.
• Support onboarding and qualification activities for new hires.
• Analyze training data and identify opportunities for improvement.
