Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years or equivalent experience operating NC/CNC machines.
• Experience with machine setup, operation, and inspection of precision parts.
• NC/CNC machine operation and programming fundamentals.
• Dimensional metrology and blueprint interpretation.
• GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up NC/CNC machines according to process sheets, tooling instructions, and work orders.
• Load, delete, and verify CNC programs, ensuring alignment with specifications.
• Operate CNC machines to perform turning, milling, borining, and grinding operations.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure tolerances.
• Maintain tooling, machine health, and document quality records; observe safety procedures.
