Job summary

Wagner in Plymouth, MN seeks a Supervisor for CNC Manufacturing to lead the department and drive continuous improvement. You will supervise 5-10 staff, ensure safety, quality, and timely production, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Requires 10+ years in CNC manufacturing, 3+ years in supervision, and a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or CNC manufacturing/tool making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or CNC manufacturing/tool making.
• 10+ years of progressive work experience within a CNC manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of supervision leading a CNC environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs the daily business regarding time, cost, and quality within CNC-Manufacturing.
• Provides guidance, mentoring and leadership to staff within the department of CNC-Manufacturing.
• Maintains the highest levels of product conformance to specifications and safety.
