• Develop, troubleshoot, optimize and prove-out efficient machining processes.
• Develop lights-out machining strategies, implementing automation to maximize unattended run time.
• Collaborate with machinists to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tooling and cycle times.
• Decipher program operation, update/change program and create part program from print.
• Contribute to the quoting process.
• Promote and support all safety, health and wellbeing practices, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to own learning and development of the role and future growth opportunities.
• Performs other job duties as required.
