Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on machining experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM and CNC programming.
Responsibilities
- Create part programs for CNC lathes and mills.
- Establish time standards for parts.
- Develop manufacturing methods for efficient facility utilization.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for machining procedures.
- Track cost estimates and actuals.
- Assist in training and implementation of new programs.
- Back up Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for product reviews.
