Job summary

ARCH Global Holdings in Massachusetts seeks a process engineer focused on manufacturing improvements. You will analyze specifications, develop and program CNC processes, and collaborate with customers and vendors to optimize tooling, materials, and production methods.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering and hands-on experience with CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks, MasterCam, and Part Maker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Associates degree in Manufacturing Technology plus a minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in a machine shop environment or at least 10 years of process engineering/programming experience in a machine shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes product or equipment specifications and performance requirements to determine the best method which the product can be produced by existing manufacturing processes and methods.
• Creates, implements, and troubleshoots CNC programs for new parts start-ups using MasterCAM or Part Maker or alternate.
• Determines feasibility of designing new tooling or equipment considering costs, time limitations and other technical and economic factors.
