Responsibilities

• Oversee the Machine Shop and machinists' performance.
• Ensure operations comply with procedures and standards.
• Set up and run conventional and CNC machines; update programs as needed.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
