Job summary

PFI Precision Inc. in New Carlisle, OH seeks an experienced CNC Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift. This hands-on role involves running CNC machines, editing programs, and setting up new CNC jobs while training coworkers and improving processes.

The successful candidate will oversee ~7–9 employees, ensure safety, quality, and ISO9000 compliance, and communicate effectively with the first shift Supervisor and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–10+ years CNC manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide for basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up multiple turning or milling centers including intricate tooling.
• Lead second shift; oversee 7–9 employees across departments.
• Train setup people and operators; mentor staff.
• Improve processes and maintain ISO9000 quality standards.
• Perform programming and job improvements; solve problems quickly.
• Schedule tooling, ensure production rate per instructions, maintain 5S.
