Job summary

Pro Staff is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Tool Maintenance Technician in Beverly, MA to diagnose and repair CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

This direct-hire, full-time role requires reading electrical schematics and drawings, supporting installations and upgrades, assisting with PLC, robotics, and automation maintenance, and keeping

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools in manufacturing.
• Troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with motors, relays, contactors, breakers, and transformers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
