Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Brookline, PA for an on-site, permanent role. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair CNC machinery, and work closely with teams to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- Proven ability to diagnose mechanical issues using blueprints and repair manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
- Diagnose mechanical problems using manuals and parts catalogs.
- Repair or replace broken components on machinery and equipment.
- Disassemble machinery to access parts and perform repairs.
- Troubleshoot CNC machines to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs for future issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and machinery.
