Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician in Lincolnshire, IL. The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across CNC machinery and plant systems.

You’ll work with low‑voltage electrical controls and PLCs (Fanuc & Mitsubishi) to keep equipment running smoothly. The position is a first-shift with early morning start times, offering pay ranges from $28–$38 per hour depending on level, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ,
• 5+ years in maintenance in machining/manufacturing
• Experience with CNC lathes/mills and related equipment
• Familiarity with PLC/CNC controls and CMMS software

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs on CNC machinery, coolant/oil/filter changes, and electrical inspections.
• Diagnose low-voltage electrical controls, logic controllers, and PLCs (Fanuc & Mitsubishi).
• Maintain facility operations (HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, generators) and support fire/safety inspections.
• Complete daily task lists, log event reports, manage priority requests, and assist with inventory levels.
