Job summary

The role requires 3–5+ years of maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting, CNC knowledge, and the ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.

It is on-site and full-time, with lifting up to 70 lbs and multiple shift adaptability.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CNC machines and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Comfortable using test equipment and hand tools.
• Basic PLC knowledge preferred.
• Good communication skills and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Use schematics and manuals to diagnose and resolve problems
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
• Document repairs and maintenance activities
• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and reliability improvements
• Work with production teams to reduce downtime
