Job summary

Camcraft is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician in Bartlett, IL. The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, ability to read electrical schematics from low voltage up to 480V-3 phase, and trouble-shooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems including CNC and PLCs.

The position offers full-time hours with 1st or 2nd shift options and a competitive hourly rate of $30.00-$40.00.

Qualifications

Able to read/interpret electrical schematics from low voltage to 480V-3 phase.
Interprets mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Researches machine issues using manuals, docs, and vendor resources.
Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems including CNC and PLCs.
Uses electrical testing devices and programming equipment for repairs.

Responsibilities

Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving with the team.
Assist in requisition of spare and repair parts to maintain inventory and minimize downtime.
Support equipment installations and removals.
Communicate effectively with production supervisors and machine operators.
Record repairs and maintenance in the CMMS.
