Qualifications

• Experience operating and setting up CNC mills or lathes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills.
• Ability to perform machine setups and program edits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Use shop math to determine machining requirements.
• Perform machine setups, tooling and offset adjustments.
• Load, run, and edit CNC programs to maintain part quality.
• Develop and prove out CNC machining programs for complex parts.
• Inspect work with precision measuring instruments and ensure quality.
• Identify and address quality issues and process improvements.
