Top Notch Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate, set up, and program CNC equipment, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

The role requires strong experience reading drawings, GD&T, and working with CAM/CNC software. You will collaborate with engineering and QA, follow safety guidelines, and maintain precise records of setups and production logs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience required.
• Ability to read complex drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Proficient in CNC programming and tooling selection.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines and tools.
• Read drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to produce parts.
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and ensure tolerances are met.
• Program using G-code or CAM software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360.
• Inspect parts with precision measurement tools and document results.
• Maintain equipment and participate in continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to meet requirements.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
