You will work in a climate-controlled facility with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork, supporting multiple shifts and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating CNC mills/lathes.
• Ability to edit or fine-tune G-code programs.
• Follows drawings and engineering prints.
• Experience setting up machines and teaching others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC machines by installing tooling, fixtures, and collets.
• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machinery to produce precision components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and fix mechanical or electrical issues.
• Diagnose machine errors and software glitches to minimize downtime.
• Edit or fine-tune G-code programs and machine parameters.
