Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. The role involves interpreting blueprints, selecting tools, and ensuring parts meet exact specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include setting up mills and lathes, loading stock, verifying measurements, and performing routine maintenance. Candidates should be comfortable reading calipers and micrometers and working in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Program mills and lathes by entering instructions and setting tool registers and offsets.
• Set up mills and lathes by installing and aligning chucks, tools and attachments.
• Load stock, verify settings, and measure parts to ensure specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Complete daily production sheets and adhere to safety procedures.
