Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience.
• Operate conventional machines such as engine lathe, Bridgeport, turret lathe, and radial drill press.
• Learn CNC programming software.
• Read blueprints.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Prolonged postures (bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing, and squatting) while performing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining centers (mills and lathes).
• Make and revise CNC programs.
• Set up on all machines.
• Learn drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, boring and turning processes.
• Inspect own work with calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Run deburring equipment.
• Use fixtures to produce parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Overtime as needed.
