Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Programmer with expertise in milling to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC milling machines using MasterCAM and G-Code to create precise components.
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring correct tooling and workpiece alignment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and machining processes.
• Perform quality control checks on finished parts to ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions to maintain production efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC Machinist Programmer with a focus on milling
• Proficiency in MasterCAM and CNC programming.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and practices.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement tools and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of tooling, G-Code, and machine setup and operation.
