Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION – Event Programmer

Location: Remote

Division: Ticketmaster US

Line Manager: Event Support Manager

The Team

The Field Operations team builds and maintains relationships with various clients to understand their business practices, ensure their objectives are met, and help clients utilize Ticketmaster products/platforms effectively.

The Job

As part of the Event Management team, you will support clients in all their event management needs, including building and updating events based on work requests.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements.
• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and resolve related errors.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, and event operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
• Participate in on-call schedule rotation, providing after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience with Ticketmaster System or related field experience.
• Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Box Office experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of TM department interactions and external client impact is beneficial.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and data entry proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
