Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of proactive safety.
• Set up and prove out machined components from start to finish, ensuring quality and meeting time constraints.
• Operate CNC milling machines and perform in-process inspections.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and Tesa-Hite for measurements and checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with in-process inspections at other machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of producing high-quality precision aluminum components.
• Experience with horizontal, vertical, and/or 5-axis CNC machines preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, travelers, setup sheets, and perform program edits on Fanuc controls.
• Problem-solving skills for technical issues.
