The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer with experience in agile methodologies to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, creating, deploying, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including Business Rules, Dashboards, Notifications, and ITSM Modules, in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Create, augment, and maintain ServiceNow platform components.
2. Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions.
3. Debug and enhance existing software.
4. Collaborate with analysts and customers to gather requirements.
5. Build custom dashboards and configure workflows and notifications.
6. Work with other developers to develop solutions.
7. Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot production issues.
8. Consult on application requirements with project teams and end users.
9. Maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, and roles.

Qualifications:

1. College degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Confidential clearance.
3. 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components.
4. 2-4 years of related development experience.
5. Certified System Administrator certification and current Delta exams.
6. Experience creating and modifying Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Pages, Notifications, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.
7. Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development.

Compensation:
