Job description

Job Title: CNC MACHINIST / PROGRAMMER

Join Aries Electronics, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic connectors located in Bristol, PA, as a CNC MACHINIST / PROGRAMMER. We are seeking a reliable and productive individual with experience in Vertical CNC machining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit CNC programs using CAM CNC software.
• Manufacture plastic and metal components used in connectors, test sockets, and cable assemblies.
• Design and create tooling and fixtures.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, first-shift (7am-3:30pm, M-F) role with possible overtime. Part-time or semi-retired candidates may also be considered. Immediate start available. Compensation depends on experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience creating/editing CNC programs, with experience in FeatureCAM preferred.
• Ability to manually edit/write CNC programs at the machine.
• At least 2 years of experience safely setting up and operating Vertical CNC Machining/Milling Centers (Haas, Bridgeport), including performing preventative maintenance.
• Experience machining engineering-grade plastics, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel.
• Experience machining tight tolerances and small features.
• Ability to manage raw material and tooling inventory.
• Proficiency in measuring parts with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed drawings.
