Bosch Rexroth in the United States is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to produce machined components per the production schedule. You will study specifications, determine dimensions and tolerances, and prepare setups for efficient, accurate machining.

You will verify conformance to specifications, work with designers and production staff to resolve issues, participate in TPM activities, and maintain a clean, safe working area. Overtime may be required.

Formación

• High School or technical schooling plus 3 years set up experience on CNC Horizontal/Vertical.
• Extensive knowledge of precision tools: verniers, thread gauges, bore gauges, micrometers, calipers.
• Ability to verify conformance of finished parts to specifications using precision instruments.
• Ability to setup CNC center including fixture setup, prove-out, and production runs.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and G&M code functions.

Responsabilidades

• Produce machined components according to the production schedule.
• Study specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
• Maintain holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials on machines.
• Verify finished work against specifications and communicate any anomalies to supervisors.
• Collaborate with designers, production personnel, and others to resolve machining problems.
• Participate in TPM activities and uphold 5S in the work area.
• Train new employees and cross-train on team functions.
• Overtime may be required.
