Bosch Rexroth in Pineville, NC is seeking a CNC Machinist to produce machined components per schedule. You will inspect to spec, adjust speeds/feeds, and coordinate with design and production teams to resolve issues.

Must have 3+ years CNC setup experience, strong tooling knowledge, and be able to work 2nd shift. Willingness to train others and participate in TPM and 5S initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

• High School/Trade/technical school graduate plus 3 years set up experience on CNC Horizontal/Vertical.
• Extensive knowledge for precision tools including verniers, micrometers, calipers.
• Ability to verify conformance of finished work piece to specs using precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of CNC programming including G & M code functions and basic machine programming.

Responsabilités

• Produce machined components according to production schedule.
• Maintain fixtures, tools, attachments and materials on machines.
• Evaluate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow and depth of cut.
• Verify conformance of finished work to specifications and coordinate with team.
• Participate in TPM activities and cross-train on other functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per 5S.
