Qualifications

• 1–3+ years CNC machining experience in a shop environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret tolerances.
• Familiarity with basic G-code and M-code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, or machining centers) to produce components per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers for dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure part conformity.
• Monitor tooling and offsets; perform basic tool changes as needed.
• Conduct daily preventive maintenance and keep a clean, organized workstation in line with 5S and OSHA guidelines.
• Log production output and quality data into the shop floor system.
