Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a growing, employee-owned team in De Soto. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with a focus on efficient, precise machining that meets customer specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of related experience, can read blueprints and perform precise measurements, and is comfortable working with CNC mills and lathes. Benefits include ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions
• Able to interpret Geometric Tolerance and read blueprints
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce items as required
• Use a variety of precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes)
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections to meet specs
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and quality requirements
• Maintain and clean machining equipment regularly
