Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in De Soto, KS. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, focusing on efficient and precise machining that meets customer specifications.

As a member of our Employee-Owned team, you’ll work with multiple machines, including horizontal and vertical mills and lathes, with opportunities for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, M-F.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce items per specs.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 industry standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
