WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. This role requires operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality and precision in every part.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience, be able to work 7am-3:30pm, and perform basic math with strong attention to detail. Our ESOP-based company offers excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Must perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Must accurately interpret geometric tolerances.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards, specifications, and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Regularly maintain and clean machinery and equipment.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
