Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Kansas is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in a clean, air-conditioned shop. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime and quarterly bonuses.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform precise measurements, and ensure all parts meet strict quality standards. WEBCO MFG offers ESOP, top-tier benefits, and a referral program in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and instruction-following.
• Read geometric tolerances (GDT).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, measure, gauge and inspect.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and specs.
• Follow ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machine parts from raw stock or welded material.
• Maintain and clean machinery regularly.
