Job summary

WEBCO MFG in De Soto, KS is seeking a CNC Machinist to join its machining team. The role focuses on operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and delivering high-quality parts that meet customer specifications with efficiency.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with potential overtime and a focus on accuracy, precision, and timely delivery. WEBCO MFG offers an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience
• Able to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F
• Basic math skills
• Accurately interpret GD&T
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet quality standards.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
