WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in De Soto, Kansas. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with competitive hourly pay and a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure parts meet ISO 9001 standards while contributing to our ESOP culture and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience required.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Must perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Must accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
